REPURPOSED ORIGINS

By sourcing deadstock fabric, our brand commits to becoming a part of the emergent movement towards sustainability. Deadstock fabric is the surplus fabric left over by larger apparel houses due to incorrect fabric production or overestimation. The endless yards of fabric that would have been directed to a landfill are rescued and given a new life.

Each Bianca Balti Collection garment is a product of only deadstock fabric and sustainable ideals. Deadstock fabric is not accessible in large quantities and rarely comes in a variety of colors. The specialty fabric locally available to us is carefully selected and transformed into the most exclusive pieces that never compromise on detail, construction or quality.

Our special packaging is also produced from deadstock and sustainable materials. The time and effort spent to carefully design each piece and select each ecofriendly material is a distinct part of our process. We truly ensure that each packing element is crafted and touched with the same attentiveness and care as the garment inside of it, so it can last and be reused forever.

As a brand, we abide by a zero waste policy where each fragment of our sourced fabric rolls is made into a creation as part of our product line. We save tiny scraps for future use and ensure that no material is left behind to later be landfilled.

Using material that has already been produced and repurposing it is the identity of our business. It marks our effort to design fashion that is has no adverse association to it, resulting in our contribution to the present efforts of reducing environmental impact, saving millions of dollars, creating countless jobs, and helping the fashion businesses focusing on sustainability thrive.
